These terms form the agreement between you and BE3D sp. z o.o. when you create an account, buy credits and use them on our AI apparel design services. By placing an order you accept them.

An account is created when you complete checkout. You must provide accurate details, keep your password confidential — it must be at least 8 characters — and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Accounts are personal to your business. You may add colleagues on request, but sharing a single login publicly is not permitted.

There are no subscriptions, trials or demo tiers. You buy a credit balance — a minimum of 50 credits — and spend it service by service. One credit costs €0.10; other currencies are converted at the exchange rate shown at checkout.
Credits are prepaid, have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts and are deducted only when a job completes successfully. Failed jobs are automatically refunded to your balance in credits.

Bank transfer is the active payment method. Your order stays in an awaiting-payment state, and the studio features remain locked, until the transfer clears — normally within one working day.
Card, PayPal and Stripe are announced as coming soon and cannot currently be selected.

You own the output you generate with your credits. We grant you a worldwide, perpetual, commercial licence to reproduce, modify and sell products carrying those designs, including print-on-demand and wholesale production.
We may display anonymised output in our gallery only where you have opted in.

You are responsible for the prompts and reference material you upload, and for ensuring the resulting artwork does not infringe third-party rights before you put it into production. Acceptable use is described in a separate policy.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical, and unspent credits are never expired because of downtime.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or production runs printed without checking the artwork.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the acceptable use policy. Where the breach is not fraudulent, we refund the unspent credit balance.
You may close your account at any time from the dashboard or by contacting us; refund eligibility is set out in the refund policy.

These terms are governed by Polish law. BE3D sp. z o.o., Józefa Ignacego Kraszewskiego 2/14, 35-016 Rzeszów, Poland, is the contracting party, and the courts competent for Rzeszów have jurisdiction, without affecting consumer rights to bring claims locally.
