Refund Policy

Credits are prepaid, so this page sets out exactly when money comes back to you, when credits are returned to your balance instead, and how long each takes.

01

Unstarted balances

If you have not spent a single credit, you can request a full refund of the purchase within 14 days of payment clearing. We return the amount to the account the transfer came from, in the currency you paid.

02

Partly used balances

Once you have spent credits, the remaining balance can be refunded pro rata at the price you paid per credit, minus any promotional discount applied to the original order.

Promotional discounts, including the 5% welcome code, are not refundable in cash and are deducted from the refundable amount.

03

Failed or unusable jobs

If a service fails technically, produces a corrupt file or does not deliver at the stated resolution, the credits for that job are returned to your balance automatically. If the automation misses it, contact us and we will credit it manually.

Dissatisfaction with a creative direction is not a technical failure — regenerate with an adjusted prompt instead. Credits per run are deliberately small for this reason.

04

Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU and UK have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on the credit purchase. This right is lost for credits already spent on completed, delivered digital output, which you acknowledge at the moment a job is started.

05

Orders awaiting payment

An order that is still awaiting a bank transfer can be cancelled at no cost — simply do not send the transfer, or tell us and we will cancel it for you. Nothing is charged until the transfer arrives.

06

How to request a refund

Write to us from the email address on your account through the contact page, quoting the order reference from your confirmation email. We acknowledge requests within 2 working days.

07

Timelines

Approved refunds are issued within 10 working days. Bank transfers typically settle within a further 1–3 working days depending on your bank.

08

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. Accounts under an open dispute are paused until the dispute is resolved.
