Acceptable Use Policy

BE3D is a production tool for apparel studios and print-on-demand businesses. These rules keep it safe to use commercially and apply to every prompt, upload and generated file.

Last updated 4 August 2026

01

Intellectual property

Do not upload or prompt for logos, characters, photographs or artwork you have no right to use, and do not attempt to reproduce a protected brand mark on a garment.

Style inspiration is fine; deliberate imitation intended to pass off as another brand is not.

02

Prohibited content

No sexual content involving minors, no content that incites violence or hatred against a protected group, no terrorist or extremist iconography, and no material designed to harass a specific individual.

No content that promotes self-harm, illegal drug sales, or weapons manufacture.

03

Personal likeness

Do not generate a recognisable real person's face or likeness for commercial garments without their documented permission. Requests referencing named private individuals will be refused.

04

Platform integrity

Do not scrape the site, resell raw API access, script the interface to bypass credit accounting, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or attempt to exhaust shared capacity.

Responsible security disclosures are welcome through the contact page and will never be penalised.

05

Reselling output

Selling finished garments and print files you generated is expressly allowed. Reselling the generation service itself, or presenting BE3D output as a competing generation product, is not.

06

Enforcement

We investigate reports and may refuse a job, remove content, suspend an account or, for serious or repeated breaches, close it permanently.

Where a closure is not due to fraudulent or illegal activity, unspent credits are refunded under the refund policy.

07

Reporting a violation

If you believe content generated on this platform infringes your rights or breaches these rules, contact us with the details and we will respond within 5 working days.
